Every day, our coaches bring you fresh new exercises, so you are never doing the same workout and you never get bored! Each workout is the perfect combo of strength and cardio, designed with efficiency, purpose, and you in mind. Where else can you be challenged, supported, sweat off the pounds, and have a blast all at the same time? Oh and did we mention it’s only 30 minutes (2%) of your day? Workouts that fit your schedule and your ability!

You will receive customized weekly meal plans and grocery lists that can be simplified and personalized, so you can lose weight while eating what you enjoy. Everything is organized and laid out for you, all you have to do is shop, prep, and stay committed. We’ll even do grocery shopping tours to help you get an idea of what to look (and watch out) for!
You get our fit family favorites as well as brand new snacks, desserts, and meals in one recipe book. We have integrated recipes into each weekly meal plan, but you always have the option to make substitutions and try new things as much or as little as you’d like. At Boomers we believe in creating a healthy lifestyle. We encourage our members and challengers to create a routine that includes their daily bootcamp workout, refueling with whole foods, hydrating, and discovering other habits that lead to a positive and healthy lifestyle. By joining our Spring into Summer Challenge, will receive our guide to self-care, positive habits, and healthy choices.

what do i need to know?
It depends on how early you are to the party! The first wave of signees are awarded with the Early Bird special, valued at $22/week plus $22 registration fee. The final registrants pay the full price of $28/week plus $28 registration fee. Register as soon as you can to take advantage of the specials!
In addition, we will waive the registration fees if you pay in full at checkout.
The challenge begins Monday, April 22 and finishes Saturday, June 1. Orientation is mandatory and can be attended Thursday, April 18 at 7:00pm - 7:45pm, or Saturday, April 20 at 9:45am - 10:15am. You'll only need to attend one of these two sessions.

Orientation is mandatory, but you most certainly want to attend! Receive all the information and tips you need to succeed during our Spring Into Summer Challenge. Get your before measurements taken as well as your before photos. Your before assessments are key to tracking your progress and crushing the goals you have set out to achieve in the new year. Everyone, regardless of gender or fitness level, can participate in this program. Our coaches can modify each workout for your personal needs, so both novices and pros can participate!
